Beach Baker are delighted to be working in partnership with Nisbets to recruit a Client-Side Building Surveyor/ Project Manager based in Bristol.

About the Company

About the team
The successful candidate will be the only Building Surveyor/Project Manager and technical expert within the business, reporting to the Head of Property & Facilities.  The Estates department is fully supported by an existing Facilities Management team.

The office location (and Head Office) is based at Avonmouth, with excellent access to Bristol and M4/M5 corridors.

The position
Responsible for the delivery of various works projects, fit-outs, refurbishments and dilapidations, across the estate, including retail stores/trade counters, warehouses and offices from small refurbishment projects to large warehouse fit-outs.

As this is a newly created position, there is masses of scope and an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in Nisbets success over the coming years.

The candidate
RICS Building Surveying qualifications (or equivalent) with at least 3-years’ experience managing property construction projects.
