Senior Quantity Surveyor

Amazing opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an experienced, progressive multi-disciplined construction consultancy working across a range of sectors including commercial, education, heritage, healthcare.

About the role

Established over 46 years ago and now operating from 7 offices across the UK this property and construction consultancy delivers projects ranging from £250k up to £100m+. They’ve successfully nurtured long-term client relationships with many household names such as Rolls Royce, Sainsbury's, Ministry of Defence and the Eden Project as well as completing award winning projects The Wave (Bristol), the Box (Plymouth) and the media centre at Lords.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will work within a personable, fun team in the original Truro office, working both autonomously, managing your own projects from initial estimates to final accounts as well as mentoring and leading your team of Quantity Surveyors.

About you

The successful candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and be working towards (or want to) chartership. Ideally you will have run NEC contracts but if not, JCT at the minimum as well as have taken on responsibility of running your own projects without supervision.
