Client Side | Maintenance Project Manager | Minor Works | JCT Contracts | Hybrid Working
Opportunity to join a national client side business, actively seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to join their in-house Property Team.
The Maintenance Project Manager role will report to the Head of Development & Projects. Primary duties of the job will be management of the Property Works Request (PWR) process to develop and deliver minor works projects to support the UK divisions.
A project management background with experience in technical specification writing is required for the job. Along with this, the Maintenance Project Manager will have good knowledge of JCT suite of contracts and tender process, including consultant appointment and management. The desired qualification for the role is a BSc minimum in RICS/CIOB accredited building surveying degree or similar.
