Job Details
A leading property consultancy is currently looking for an experienced management surveyor to join their Property Management Team. Supported by a team of facilities and building managers you will provide high-quality property management to the client whilst advising on further asset enhancements.
Role Responsibilities
- Taking full ownership and responsibility of key clients’ portfolios. Management of Lease and tenancy schedules Working closely with facilities management and building management Due diligence for disposals Service Charge
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Property Management. The ability to build strong client relationships and to deliver a value add and efficient service is key to the role.
