The Duchy of Cornwall has a clear vision for the future:
Sustainable Stewardship – for communities, enterprise and nature.
We are looking for people to join our team who share our core values. People who can be Visionary, who will help us lead with Integrity and Responsibility and in a way that encourages Inclusivity.
We have some exciting challenges ahead. Our journey to net zero and nature enhancement will shape our estate for many years to come.
The Duchy of Cornwall is seeking to recruit a Commercial Surveyor- Marine and Rural. This exciting new role will involve the management of the Duchy of Cornwall’s Marine Estate and provide technical commercial property support across the wider rural portfolio. Our rural portfolio includes an amazing range of assets including foreshore and fundus in Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and a variety of commercial property types including offices, workshops and hospitality premises along with the more unusual, including a university campus and even Dartmoor prison.
The successful candidate will be expected to report against the portfolio’s delivery towards the Duchy’s Vision.
If you are qualified to MRICS with a minimum of three years post qualification experience and have experience in management of commercial property including in designated environment with a strong empathy with the environmental importance of the Marine Estate, then we would love to hear from you.
