Our client

Our client provides a a broad breadth of professional rural service to an excellent range of innovative and dynamic clients and provides a great platform from which to significantly expand their valuation business.

The role

You will act as regional co-ordinator for instructions in the north of England. You will strengthen the department and build strong relationships with Undertake formal RICS Red Book Valuations of farms, estates, land, and residential properties (both urban and rural but generally upwards of £1m) for a variety of valuation purposes throughout Yorkshire.

The candidate

Are you a competent, qualified MRICS rural surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer with rural valuation experience? Do you have strong leadership qualities and looking to take a more senior role? If this sounds like you then get in touch!
