Project Director - Residential

The residential markets have continued to thrive in recent months with new developments being delivered up and down the country resulting in an increased demand for Project management and Employers Agent services within the consultancy market. 

This global consultancy has a rich client list across several areas of the residential market from Local Authority, Build to Rent, Student Accommodation and Later Living. They are looking for an Associate Director or Project Director to join their London team as part of their growth plan in 2022. You will be working alongside a great team, full of character and experience. 

Candidates will have the ability to work autonomously and with flexibility around days in the office. 

Having worked with this client for a number of years, they are highly regarded in the industry and offer a variety of services to their clients from Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Project and Programme Management along with Cost Management and Building Surveying. 

Candidates will need to have experience working for a UK Project Management consulting business and have worked both in the pre construction and delivery phases of development projects. Employers Agent experience is highly desirable. 

Your office will be based in the heart of London, the salary on offer is up to £100,000 plus benefits to include Private Medical, Private Pension, Life Assurance, Share Incentive Scheme.
