Job Details
A dynamic Building Surveying consultancy are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Building Surveyor to come and join their innovative team in Liverpool.
The Senior Building Surveying role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will predominantly work on a range of professional services alongside helping run an expanding portfolio of projects.
The Senior Building Surveyor will be working on projects ranging from high end listed properties to retail, healthcare and industrial buildings. This includes internal refurbishments, external repairs, multi-million-pound new builds and internal strip-outs and fit-outs.
This Building Surveying role also entails routine professional services including dilapidations, acquisitions, party wall, planned maintenance, reinstatement cost assessments, contract administration, building defects and schedule of conditions.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- Project delivery and professional services experience
- Involvement within business development and managing staff members
- Comfortable building relationships with clients
- Previous experience working within the mentioned sectors
