Senior Project Manager – Essex
Required by leading construction consultant to help develop their Project Management offering you will be comfortable working across a range of sectors within the private sector on schemes of quite substantial sizes.
An experienced Project Manager you will run a team of staff of varying technical ability therefore excellent management skills and the ability to motivate and develop others is required.
Key aspects of the role will include developing and maintaining the relationship between new and existing clients, controlling fee applications to ensure profitability of schemes, planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of a variety of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified (preferably RICS accredited) with a proven Project Management track record at senior management level. Candidates must possess a professional approach to work, excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, contractors and consultants.
