Senior Project & Programme Manager

Are you an experienced Project and Programme professional looking to work directly for an assisted care and retirement living provider? If you have experience working within the Residential sector then this is a brilliant opportunity to work client side for an organisation striving for excellence and backed by one of the largest property asset managers in the world. 

The role is to work closely with the Chief Executive and property director to deliver a number of new sites over the next 10 years working with key stakeholders within the private and public sectors. Developments will be approximately 60-100 units and will be taken from land acquisition to practical completion and you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects at various stages at any point in time. 

Candidates will need to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering projects within the Residential market from RIBA Stages 0-7. It is a huge advantage if you are familiar with local authority / registered providers and have previously assembled programmes of work within the public sector. This is not an essential criteria but highly preferable. 

This is a new role being brought in-house and it is important that candidates can display a good understanding of the development and construction market and lifecycle. Stakeholder engagement will be a fundamental part of the role so candidates must be confident in their ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and deal with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Based in central London, candidates must hold a full UK driving license and be happy to travel when necessary. 

On offer is a salary of up to £85,000 plus a package depending on experience.
