Senior Building Surveyor

A new and diverse opportunity has arisen for dynamic Senior Building Surveyor to join a successful Building Surveying consultancy in Birmingham.

The Senior Building Surveyor role

The successful Senior Building Surveying will be working on multi-million-pound projects across a range of sectors including reconfiguration and refurbishment schemes, hotel new builds and office fit-outs.

This Building Surveying role also entails working on the full spectrum of professional services including but not limited to dilapidations, party wall, specifications, design, defect advice, building pathology, acquisition surveys, feasibility studies, due diligence surveys and contract administration.

As the new Senior Building Surveyor, you will be working in a client facing role, taking on responsibilities for more complex matters, managing your own pipeline of work and supporting other surveyors. There is opportunity to progress to Associate Director.

The Senior Building Surveyor

• Confident within a client facing role
• Experience supervising others
• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Professional services and project experience
• Previous experience within a similar role
