M&E Quantity Surveyor

M&E QS - NHS project - 5 days per week - ASAP Start - Up to £500 p/d - IR35 OUT OF SCOPE

Your new company
Hays Building Services is working with a well-known property and construction consultancy, who required a M&E Quantity Surveyor on a £250m NHS project.

Your new role
The project team are currently undertaking a VE exercise which comprises approximately £20m of M&E savings, following which you'll be required to transfer this into a revised cost plan. There is generally an M&E meeting each week, IT / Specialist equipment meetings every two weeks plus numerous M&E workshops that need will need attending. All meetings will be via MS Teams.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working on NHS projects essential
• Mechanical / Electrical background + qualifications (C&G/HNC/HND)
• Experience working for a consultancy desirable
• Experience using CostX system desirable
