Your new company
You will work for a not for profit organisation based in Nottinghamshire.

Your new role
You will work as an Assistant Hard FM Manager where you will assist the manager with the management of all aspects of hard FM services in order for the organisational statutory compliance and provision of a safe and effective physical environment. You will review, prepare, implement and control the systems and processes. You will work with the CAFM systems and deputise for the manager when they are off.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have qualifications within FM, as well as having experience in hard services.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between £30000 - £34000, an extremely good pension scheme, 38 days annual leave and flexi time.
