Project Quantity Surveyor

Opportunity for a Project QS to join a multi award winning construction consultancy listed in Building magazines top employers guide for 6 years! Working across residential, education and industrial sectors from their London Bridge office.

About the role

This leading provider of professional property consultancy services has sustained an unbeatable reputation over the past 30 years providing quantity surveying, building surveying, project management, architecture and health and safety services. Working across both the public and private sector on a variety of projects, you can expect to broaden your experience and capabilities.

As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will be expected to contribute heavily to projects, fulfilling pre and post contract duties with a mind to managing your own. You will work both autonomously as well as collaboratively with architects, contractors and your 9 team members. Building and maintaining relationships with clients is also a key part of the role so its essential you're a confident outgoing individual with good communication skills.

About you

The successful candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and ideally be working towards MRICS. You will ideally have experience working for a consultancy or have come from a main contractor background and have worked on residential, education or industrial projects.
