Your new company
Your new company is a 5-star housebuilder based in the Northwest with 4 office locations spread across the UK. Your head office, which is based in Warrington aims to complete the construction of 600 houses every year, making it one of the most productive private house developers in the Northwest.

With your Warrington office currently undergoing a £1m refurbishment scheme, it will be a state-of-the-art and open plan facility with it's workers progression in mind. 15 years worth of land has already been secured, setting your new company in fantastic stead for the future, and ahead of the competition.

Your new role
Your new role as a development engineer will be ensuring site productivity from early stages of development through to final stages. Suggesting design betterments in line with S38 and S104 will be part of the role, and ensuring they go ahead as planned. 3/4 days on site and 1/2 days in office/working from home assessing designs, will make up your weekly schedule.

Your three sites are based in south Cheshire in and around Crewe.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need at least 5 years' industry experience as a development engineer, or similar job title. Verbal communication and a strong understanding of S38 and S104 are essential.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a highly competitive salary up to £55,000 and a car allowance worth up to £8,000. There is also an annual bonus of 10% which makes the complete package incredibly well-rounded. You will also receive 35p per mile of petrol and will be making money when on the road!
