Carriera has been entrusted with a fantastic opportunity for an assistant asset & leasing manager to join a unique client in Oxfordshire. This client is an end user, who is developing their leisure and innovation hub in Oxfordshire to bring together the best and most innovative minds their industry has to offer.

Our client owns a 450 acre estate, with 45 existing buildings and a significant development pipeline, with current planned projects being carried out over the next 15 years.

This is a client-side role so to be considered you must have experience of asset management and leasing experience from a consultant or owner's aspect.

You will deal with enquiries from new and existing clients, supporting negotiations and lease agreement of leases. Helping to agree the rent, services charges and ensuring the recoveries are made. You will conduct market research, analysing the date and trends, giving presentations to the stakeholders and property team. It is expected that you will engage with consultants and specialists, where you will building your market knowledge, presence and help to market vacant units and buildings.

You will have a degree or masters in a property related course and be chartered surveyor with the RICS. You could come from a consultant or client organisation. It is essential that you are a team player, positive and proactive in all you undertake.
