Temp Job project Manager MOD base Re-roofing refurbishments


Working for a Maintenance and FM provider to the MOD. You will be based on MOD base and the role requires security clearance to BPSS level. Based in Lincolnshire

.The 12 week project works involve:


A re roof of an existing building.

Liaising with end users daily due to the building still being in use whilst the works take place.

Managing H&S due to the building being next to a live runway and below the flight control tower.

The building has single items inside some worth 500k so making sure the building is watertight at all times.

Managing sub contractors and planning ahead.

During the above activities there will be a key focus on:
* Health and Safety (Zero Harm)
* High quality delivery or works
* Statutory compliance of assets and our activities
* Contractor management

What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in similar new build or refurbishment projects, ideally with Roofing hands on experience. It is essential that you have first class Health and Safety approach and relevant qualification* Preferably hold an HNC or equivalent in a suitable Building subject



you'll get in return
12 week contract
£275 -£300 per day this role is inside IR 35 Umbrella CIS is not a possibility on this contract
You must be able and willing to pass a BPSS security check
