General Practice Surveyor

A professional Surveying Practice based in North London are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join their experienced team.

The successful Surveyor will be joining a team of RICS registered valuers working with commercial and residential properties in North and East London, Essex and Herts and will be focusing on the residential side of the business.

They need to be particularly knowledgeable on building construction/defects and will be concentrating on Residential valuation, Building Surveys and Homebuyers’ reports.

The Surveying practice advises on Commercial and Residential properties with a focus on Leasehold advice, Homebuyer Surveys, Building Surveys, and residential property valuations. We are providing first-class service and understanding the clients’ aspirations and expectations.

The General Practice Surveyor

• MRICS or FRICS Residential experience
• Ideally 2+ years valuation experience
• Professional approach
• Eager to learn
• Familiar with Electronic valuation reports (training can be given.)
• Mainly office based.

SALARY

• OTE £80000 - £90000
