Our client is a well established, National award-winning surveying practice backed by one of the largest independent agencies in the UK.

With a large client base, their aim is to constantly deliver exceptional levels of service whilst making sure, that with their excellent support network, ‘you’ the surveyor is able to work around your own personal schedule.

Due to increased and healthy business in the first and second charge markets, they are looking to recruit additional residential valuation surveyors on a full time / part time or consultancy basis across the UK.

Current areas of high importance include:

• * LONDON SE, BIRMINGHAM and ALL MIDLANDS  * Priority Locations
• Manchester
• London
• Kent
• Essex & East of England
• All other locations considered

You are required to be either AssocRICS (1 yr min) / MRICS / FRICS and VRS qualified.

• Work will be mainly Valuations with some Homebuyers although this is not essential.
• 4-5 points per day provides rewarding ‘OTE’ whilst also providing an excellent work-life balance.
• High level panel; in-house and private work.

Full/part time remuneration for surveyors will include a basic salary circa £55k - £65k or ‘FTE’ (location dependant), negotiable bonus scheme based on 4-5 points per day & car allowance plus other benefits.

Consultancy/freelance will be on a generous fee share basis using the company PII.
