Managing Director Quantity Surveyor - Dispute Resolutions

A small multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with strong expert dispute resolution team are looking for a new Managing Director Level Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team due to an increase in workload. Working across the commercial sector, you will be providing services such as, but not limited to, Dispute Prevention & Avoidance; Risk Analysis & Management; Dispute Resolution; and Quantity Surveying & Commercial Advice. Across their five UK offices, projects range from £100k - £1b with a very high standard level of work expected. The current team is comprised of 10 full time staff, with 10 additional sub-consultants and promote a culture of mutual encouragement, support and technical excellence.

Person Specification:

• RICS Chartered Masters in Construction Law or LLM
• Experience in construction disputes and claims
• 10-15 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Demonstrable examples of high-quality work in the relevant areas

This consultancy is offering up to £100k per annum with a salary package including 25 days holiday, a car allowance, private healthcare and a pension.
