Freelance Construction Professional – Immediate Start
Investor / Developer Client - London
Excellent Day Rate
The client, a dynamic property developer, manager and investor with a diverse and enviable portfolio in a prime London region, is seeking an experienced construction professional, likely to be a building surveyor or project manager, to start work immediately providing a high level service across their Estate.
You will focus on delivering the finest level of service to maintain the Estate’s reputation as being one of the world’s leading locations in which to live, work and visit.
You will be working on new build and refurbishment schemes across the portfolio which include flats, houses, shops, offices, public gardens, restaurants, hotels and cultural attractions. Schemes range in value and complexity.
You will be a capable and engaging building surveyor or project manager who can manage a range of Client relationships from residential tenants to high profile fashion brands & hotels etc.
