Calling all strong Senior Quantity Surveyors! – You’ve been hiding but I know you’re out there somewhere!

I think I may have the opportunity to get your head turning.

Although we have a very close relationship with this consultancy and have been working with them for a VERY long time, they aren’t looking to be the next big thing and do a good job of retaining their staff, therefore they don’t need to hire often! But lucky for me the time has come to represent this consultancy.

They are central London based and are looking for a project/senior QS to join their team and get stuck into exciting projects such as high-end residential, theatres, big industrial schemes, sports stadiums, but if that hasn’t sold you then this will… They have currently just won a framework with a company who make man-made surfing arenas for thrill seekers across the UK! – cool right?!

You would be joining a team of 50 which is split into QS, BS and PM – the QS team currently sits at around 12! They are really open to people that want to learn different disciplines, whether that’s being more involved on the M&E side or even learning to become a PM then they won’t hold you back.

They offer great flexibility, APC structure and support, and a straightforward career path.

Also, worth noting they didn’t let anyone go during the dreaded P word! (Pandemic) proving they do truly look after their staff.

The team are a social bunch, they love a beer or a team day out so you can be assured you will be creating great memories whist being part of some fantastic projects!
