Job Details

A modern, pioneering Cost Management consultancy are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Head Office and highly talented Quantity Surveying teams in London.

The Project Surveyor's Role

The new Project Quantity Surveyor will report to an Associate, but shall ultimately be responsible for being involved in all stages of the projects, pre and post contract including:

  • Early cost planning
  • Value engineering
  • Procuring the work
  • Final accounts

Project wise, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on a preferred area/sector, picking from a cross section of Commercial, Residential, Stadia, Fit Out, and Data Centre.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Experience working for a cost management / quantity surveying consultancy
  • Project experience within one of the following: Commercial, Residential, Stadia, Fit Out, and Data Centre
  • Presentable, good communication skills
  • Pre and post cost management experience
