Graduate Quantity Surveyor

THE ROLE

This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a firm of consultant quantity surveyors in BERLIN, GERMANY.

They have several office across Germany and work on projects in other EU countries and further afield too.

You will have the opportunity of working alongside senior QSs on varied projects which will mainly be for large buildings to include office blocks, mixed use, residential, hotels, warehouses etc.

My client will also encourange and assist with you doing your APC to become chartered with the RICS and they will also assist with you learning German.

THE COMPANY

My client is a busy firm of construction consultants providing both quantity surveying and project management to a good range of clients.

They have several offices in Germany and work on large buildings across the EU and some further afield.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with a good BSc Hons or BSc in Quantity Surveying from a known university.

English will need to be your first language as they are working for international clients with high value complex projects.

You must be keen to work towards becoming RICS qualified.

You must be keen to do the full range of pre and post contract QS duties.

You should also have an interest in learning German - support will be provided.

Salary is negotiable according to your experience but likely to be in the range of Euro 32000 to 38000 plus bonus, travel card and other benefits plus RICS support.
