Job Details

An established Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy are looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor who is currently, or working their way to Director or Partner level.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join 3 Partners who planning for the future, thus presenting this unique opportunity.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Partners are seeking a personable, client facing Quantity Surveyor who will undertake two key functions:

  • Open new revenue streams
  • Grow the Quantity Surveying team in London

There will still be elements of carrying out Quantity Surveying services as well.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or FRICS
  • Experience working in the UK cost management / Quantity Surveying market
  • High level of cost management knowledge
  • Business development acumen
  • Client facing
  • Either a Director or Partner in a QS firm, or seeking that next step
