Job Details

A small, national, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy has a high demand for a solid Quantity Surveyor due to a continuous stream of work coming into the Surrey office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Director of the Surrey office in delivering an array of work including several health programmes, a NHS trust, a mix of education projects, and a varied portfolio of residential schemes.

As a multi disciplinary consultancy, the new Quantity Surveyor will get the chance to either undertake a full Quantity Surveying role or diversify into project management or employers agent.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
  • Basic pre and post cost management experience
  • Able to commute across Surrey / South West London
  • Education, Residential, or Healthcare project experience is beneficial
