Description

The Key responsibilities as a Talent Sourcing Associate are:

  • Engage with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to support sourcing for role requirements (taking job briefs etc)
  • Support Account Director / Talent Acquisition Manager / Talent Sourcing Partner on monthly reporting at all stages of the recruitment process for review with client. Inclusion of statistics on D&I applications and conversion rates
  • Support promotion of PR, Advertising, Social activities to drive candidate generation. Also support networking, employee referrals and internal mover applicants
  • Conduct research to identify, evaluate and prioritise target companies and locations to attract talent from
  • Proactively provide data and market insights to stakeholders and business leaders supporting recommendations to inform key recruiting decisions

Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation in our applicant tracking system on candidates, hiring manager's interactions and other recruiting activities

  • Experience gained in a customer centric environment - some experience of recruitment is great, but not essential as full training will be given
