Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Commercial Valuation

I am currently assisting a high-profile international consultancy, who are looking to grow their central Birmingham valuation team. Following sustained growth, the team have begun a recruitment initiative that will gradually double the size of their team. 

The team have a refreshing blend of valuation functions, which includes, secured lending, development, portfolio fund, and providing strategic advice to their Prop Co and Developer clients. Predominately, the team focus on high-profile industrial & logistics properties, however the team covers all core commercial asset types to ensure that no day is like the last. The role role will have you developing existing client relationships, and ideally adding new clients further down the line.
