An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate Cost Manager to join a leading consultancy firm in London. You will have the opportunity to join an established team working on a wide range of high profile commercial schemes in London with leading developers and end-users.

You will be joining a dedicated Cost Management unit of nearly 200 professional working across various sectors in London.

Responsibilities of the Associate Cost Manager:

• Lead on commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery
• Provide support and mentoring to junior members of staff within the cost management team.
• Manage and complete projects on time and to the client's satisfaction.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and other construction teams.
• Provide pre and post contract services.

Requirements of the Associate Cost Manager:

• Degree qualified in a relevant construction and/or property discipline
• Chartered professional with a relevant construction body
• Significant and proven experience in a consulting environment providing pre and post contract services.
• Understanding of the JCT form of contract.
• Commercial and/or residential experience.
• Ability to lead major bids.
• Experience in mentoring younger professionals.
• Ability to business develop.
