Interim Estates Surveyor – North-West – £35/hour – 12 Months+ – Local Authority

One of our long-standing Local Authority clients based in the North West of England is looking for a Estates Surveyor on an interim basis for 12 months (minimum).

Ideally you will:

• Be RICS qualified Based locally to the North West (2 days in office, 3 days remote) Have experience in Landlord and Tenant, general estates management and valuations

The role is for 12 months initially and falls inside IR35.
