Package: £70-75k plus car allowance, annual bonus and healthy benefits package (Negotiable for the right person)

We are looking for an Associate Director, or Senior Associate, Project Manager who is looking for the next step in their career. You’ll be responsible for heading up and leading a team of Project Managers across a variety of projects and you’ll have tons of ambition to progress to Director level in the business. You will have a Construction or Real Estate equivalent degree, ideally with RICS/ APM or Prince2 qualification. Project sector wise we are open to experience, but ideally you will have worked within both public and private sector delivery.

They have a huge variety of projects on site, and in the pipeline, from small but complex commercial refurbs, to huge £500m masterplans and higher education developments.
