Estates Surveyor - Northern Scotland - 6+ Months - £40/hour

This Northern Scottish Council is looking for an interim Chartered Surveyor to assist with their estates management function, for a minimum period of 6 months.

Their portfolio is extremely mixed, with even some rural.

The responsibilities will be rent reviews, lease renewals, new lettings, acquisitions, disposals and asset valuations.
