Stop scrolling through adverts, this is a great opportunity for Estates Surveyors in my network. I am fortunate enough to be partnering to recruit ANOTHER interim estates surveyor, due to the council ensuring the property team is fully resourced. Fantastic employer, flexible working and really varied workload. This three to six month contract, will get any L&T orientated surveyor excited.
Working a combination of remote and office based working your role will be to support the team with all elements of estates management. The great news, the team is flexible to accommodate skill sets. So if you like and are passionate about a particular element of estates management, they can help you have more of that work.
IT TRULY IS WHATEVER YOU WANT TO MAKE OF IT.
What do you need to bring to the table as an Interim Estates Surveyor:
- Hard working
- A positive outlook on life and a passion for property
- Experience working within the public or third sector is desirable but not essential
- MRICS is desirable but not essential
- Someone who is happy rolling their sleeves up and getting involved in the full spectrum of estates management

Voted as one of the best councils in the UK to work for and an employer of choice within the Newcastle region, my client is someone most people would really want to work for.
Supportive, able to add value and develop even contractors, it a Council in Newcastle with a huge amount going for it.
Whether it is the fantastic hiring manager, the flexible working arrangements, the interesting and varied workload this is a great opportunity for a contractor or someone who finds themselves out of work.
There is a real opportunity to get stuck into this position and if you enjoy it there is work there for over 12 months. Part time considered.
