You will work for a not for profit organisation based in Nottinghamshire. They have over 600 employees and have a fantastic culture.
Your new role
You will work as an Estates Project Manager, based in their Nottingham site, sitting in their Estates and Facilities team. You will manage their multi million pound budget, as well as working with their compliance, sustainability improvements, manage contractors, and working on refurbishments, extensions and tender documents.
You will manage a project coordinator, and work on some amazing projects across the site including offices, laboratories, sports halls and much more!
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Project Manager with experience in managing projects from inception to completion. You will ideally have knowledge of compliance, including legionella, as well as managing contractors and bids and tenders.
You will be able to liaise with all personalities, and be keen to work in a relaxed and fun environment.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a basic salary between £39000 - £44000 as well as a civil service pension, flexi time and a generous holiday allowance.
