Your new role
You will work as a Project Manager working on the major and minor capital projects, as well as managing teams, contractors and other consultants. You will work with the procurement team in order to manage the budget on the construction works, as well as preparing budget estimates and develop bids and tender documents. You will work on projects ranging from £50K to £50M.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing projects, as well as working on projects from inception to completion. You will ideally have experience working on higher education projects, and be keen to work for a successful team.
