ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A SHORT TERM CONTRACT IN A LOCAL AUTHORITY ESTATES TEAM?
Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the North West who require an Interim Estates Surveyor to manage their commercial property portfolio on an initial 8-month contract.
You'd be required to complete site inspections when you think it's necessary and go to the offices twice a week.
There's plenty of longevity with this role, as we already have a surveyor in the team on a similar contract and they've been there for over 1 year!
MRICS is required for this role.
Public sector experience is desirable.
