LOCAL AUTHORITY ESTATES SURVEYOR REQUIRED

Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in the North East, who need an Interim Estates Surveyor on an initial 6-month contract. The contract can be extended after this period, as long as both parties are happy.

You'll be focusing on the commercial portfolio, completing rent reviews, lease renewals, easements, and service charge agreements.

The council are working on a hybrid basis currently, and this is set to stay! You'll only go into the office once a week/fortnight for team meetings.

Local Authority experience is required, as is being MRICS accredited.
