My client is currently seeking a commercially astute Chartered Building Surveyor to join their Glasgow team.

Building Surveyor Responsibilities:

Monitoring the deterioration or flaws of a property and providing repair advice.If necessary, negotiating work repair or a financial settlement.Solid understanding of building contract types such as NEC and JCTDue Diligence SurveysReports on Dilapidation Liability AssessmentContract Administration ExperiencePlanned Maintenance Surveys

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)Strong business acumen Keen eye for detail IT skills (AutoCAD, NBS, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel and other bespoke software).Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFull Driving License

On offer for the Building Surveyor:

The starting salary for this position ranges from £38,000 to £42,500 depending on experience.
