Residential Surveyor - Established, Bespoke Firm

OUR CLIENT

A well-established surveying firm and provider of professional financial and property services. They undertake a full range of secured lending reports across the residential property sector on behalf of prominent UK banks.

THE WORKLOAD

Mortgage Valuations and RICS Homebuyer Reports predominantly with additional professional valuations (including probate and matrimonial) as required.

WHO DO THEY SEEK?

Experienced Residential Chartered Surveyors with a proven track record in the sector undertaking the full range of reports for main lenders. RICS qualification is essential (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS) as well VRS accreditation.
