Agency Surveyor - Licensed & Leisure

A golden opportunity for a commercial minded agency surveyor, to join an independent boutique consultancy’s Agency team. The role will be based in their Birmingham office, as part of a highly-regarded specialist team, who cover a range of alternative properties, including: licensed & leisure, hotels, and healthcare.

In this role, you will be total involved in processes from end-to-end with instructions across acquisitions, disposals, and lettings. Ideally, you will have transactional experience in hospitality or retail, although all commercial agency experience will be considered. The team do encourage you to build your own brand in the market, with client facing development.

In return, you will be joining an established team who are always at hand to assist each other support your development. Hybrid work is available in this role, with an expectation of 1-2 days a week expected in the office. There is a performance-based bonus scheme, with a clear and uncapped structure.
