Residential Valuation Surveyor

1 x Report per day, a short working week and £80-90k OTE!

Our client is a well-established professional practice engaged primarily in Residential & Commercial Valuation across Greater London.

With a private banking and high net worth client base, they typically value Residential Properties in the range of £5m-25m with occasional commercial valuations for institutions with more diverse portfolios.

Perhaps what sets them apart from other mainstream Valuation firms, is their absolute commitment to work life balance and an insistence on Surveyors working manageable patches/volumes with plenty of time spare for family life.

In addition to having a vibrant, welcoming office they have outstanding tech and admin support enabling full home, office or hybrid-based working to suit.

They currently seek additional Surveyors across Greater London and offer the following:

• A guaranteed reduction in volumes, turnaround times and travel
• A basic salary up to £70k to start, rising with tenure
• £5k car allowance
• A bonus scheme paying circa £15k per annum based on one job per day, rising substantially for those wishing to undertake more
• Fantastic team/inclusive environment, family oriented with early finishes on Fridays etc.
