Graduate Building Surveyor

A growing, multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Newcastle, are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor to join their personable team.

The Graduate Building Surveyor role

This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor who is looking for wide exposure to the Building Surveying world, to get their foot in the door and work a varied Building Surveying role.

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will be working on a variety of professional services including condition surveys, feasibility studies, expert witness, dilapidations, planned maintenance, building surveys, design, schedule of conditions, development monitoring and project management.

Alongside this, this Graduate Building Surveying role entails working on projects ranging from million-pound new builds to internal refurbishments and repairs, developments and fit-outs.

The Graduate Building Surveyor will be working within the public and private sectors including healthcare, education, industrial, leisure, retail, investment, corporate and office.

The Graduate Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Eager to complete their APC
• An ambitious and hardworking individual
• Able to work successfully within a team.
