Job Details
A nationwide commercial property consultancy is seeking a client-focused Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding, forward-thinking Building Consultancy team.
The successful Associate Building Surveyor will cover a variety of traditional competencies ranging from core professional services to design/specification and running projects on behalf of an enviable client portfolio.
As the Associate Building Surveyor, you will be joining a consultancy who offer advice throughout the commercial property sector offering client-led advice from planning and acquisition to delivery and management.
Clients including; Occupiers, Landlords, Private Investors

- A private practice/consultancy background
- MRICS (3+ years PQE)
- A client-facing demeanour
