Senior Quantity Surveyor - London
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor is required in the London Office of a leading UK based construction & property consultancy to cover projects across a range of sectors including Culture & Heritage, Education, Hotels & Leisure, Life Sciences & Health, Public Sector & Local Government, Mixed-use Regeneration, Offices & Commercial, Residential, Retail and Sport.
You will be capable of working on projects with minimum supervision in all areas of Cost Management from inception to completion.
MRICS with a relevant Degree and good IT literacy, particularly in respect of preparing spreadsheets are required as is the ability to communicate effectively at a high technical level with clients, members of the design team, other professionals in the industry, and contractors in all written communication.
You will also have Cost Management experience, proven team leadership exposure and a pro-active, professional, self-motivated attitude to work.
