Job Details
Quantity Surveyor required to work for a top ten Cost Consultancy in London and work within the infrastructure team.
My client has long been established as a leading consultancy in the UK with an excellent reputation among clients and employees alike. They work across a range of sectors within Building and Infrastructure working with both private and public sector clients on some of the flagship projects in the UK.
As part of their continued success within the Rail sector they are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their award winning infrastructure team. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for dealing directly with clients and running a range of projects from inception to completion. They will also be responsible for assisting with the management and development of junior members of the team.
The Quantity Surveyor must have some experience within the Rail sector but can come from a either a PQS or Main Contracting background. Membership of the RICS is preferred although not essential as what’s equally important is someone who can deal with clients at Board level.
The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary and benefits package above the market rate along with fantastic opportunities for career progression to Associate level and beyond.
