QUANTITY SURVEYORS / PROJECT MANAGERS (ALL LEVELS)

One of the region’s most well established Property Consultancies is actively recruiting Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers from Intermediate to Associate level in Bristol.

THE COMPANY

The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region with huge growth plans for the coming years They have a great reputation in the market and are working with some key clients. Projects can range from Public to Private sector to suit the candidates preference. Individual projects include working on Mixed Use Leisure developments, Commercial as well as Education and Residential. Values can range from £200 to £100 million plus.

THE POSITION

They are actively looking to recruit a number of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers from Intermediate to Associate level to support their growth plans in Bristol. The successful candidates will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a range of sectors. Value of projects can range from £1 - £20 million. The projects will be across a range of sectors so would suit someone who doesn’t want to be pigeonholed on one type of project. For more senior candidates there is also the opportunity to get involved in local networking and business development working closely with the Directors.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidates must:

Have a relevant degreeHave experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager on the Consultancy or Client sideHave experience working on projects within Property / BuildingHave experience working on projects from inception to completionHave good communication and client facing skills
