Associate Building Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to add an dedicated Associate Building Surveyor to their growing Liverpool team.

The Associate Building Surveyor role

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will be working on a range of professional services including monitoring surveys, dilapidations, feasibility studies, design, project management and monitoring surveys.

Alongside this, the Associate Building Surveyor will be working on projects including employers agent, design, expansion and extension, fit-out, and new build within the public, retail, commercial, healthcare and education sectors.

This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to develop themselves and their career by taking on more responsibilities and managing client relationships.

As the new Associate, you should be confident in creating new and developing current client relationships and be able to bring in new work / develop sectors.

The Associate Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Experience working within a consultancy
• Project delivery & professional services experience
• Eager to be involved in business development
