We have been instructed by a vibrant, considerate and pioneering Real Estate business who are looking to recruit an Associate Director level Quantity Surveyor to join their Northern Team.  

You’ll be working closely with a growing team of specialists within the Industrial and Logistics space. These projects are huge, and our client is working with some of the leading global businesses looking for the very best in out of town spaces to grow further. With ambitious plans to growth plans, this is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual to take a step into a senior leadership position.

Within this role, you will be required to-

• Be responsible for various projects across the entire project lifecycle, providing commercial advice throughout and managing clients expectations. Assisting in building a team of Quantity Surveyors across all levels to join the team. Reporting directly into the Board of Directors Preparing detailed cost plans/ estimates Preparation of tender documents and administration of contacts Undertaking a range of roles including Contract Administration, Employers Agent and Cost Consultancy Advice. Input into the development strategy for the Manchester office as well as the wider business.
