The successful candidate will be primarily working with the team to provide development management support in the sourcing and reviewing of BTR opportunities. This appointment will be focused on the business's forward funded development portfolio which is the main development channel through which it is growing its pipeline.
This well-established investment, development and operating company which are one of the UK's largest professional landlords are currently looking to recruit a Development Manager to be an active part of the Forward Funded Delivery Team in the execution of the divisional strategy. The development team work with acquisitions on transacting new Build to Rent opportunities along with post purchase, undertake development manage/monitor development phase of scheme including fit out works.
The main scope of this role is to work as the project-lead on multiple Forward-Funded schemes, working with Main Contractors, Developers, External and Internal Stakeholders to deliver residential and mixed-use Build to Rent Forward Funded projects.

The successful candidate must possess working knowledge of building regulations, technical building specifications, planning application processes, construction. PRS/BTR experience is preferable along with a working knowledge of Argus Developer. RICS accredited would be advantageous but not essential.
