Are you an ambitious Project bias Building Surveyor who has a proven track record delivering projects in a wide range of sectors? If so, then this is the role you've been looking for. Please read on for further details.

Our client: An Award winning multi discipline consultancy with offices throughout the Southeast who offer a flexible hybrid working policy to suit your needs.

Projects: Education, Local Authority, Defence, Blue Light, Charity, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial.

Company Headcount: 200 - 250

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

Relevant Building Surveying degree which is RICS accredited.Experience working as a Building Surveyor.Working towards APC or Chartered.Experience working on and delivering project services i.e., contract admin, report writing, project management.A track record of time management and meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
